Educational Qualification :
SWM Consultant : M.S.W /M.B.A/ Master in H.R and Knowledge of computer.
Engineer Supervisor : Diploma in civil engineering and should have knowledge of Computer.
Block Coordinator & Cluster Coordinator : Mass Communication/Rural studies/Social science/ Anthropology/ Pedagogy/History/ Geography/Law/ Language like Gujarati, English, Hindi, Sanskrit, Politicians and Many More.
Experience :
SWM Consultant : Government/ Semi Government/ Self Government/ Relevant Jon in Public and Privet sector.
Engineer Supervisor : Relevant job in Government/Semi Government/ Recognized Organization Relevant Work
Block Coordinator and Cluster Coordinator : Priority to the Experience in the Relevant Sector.
Salary :
- SWM Consultant: Rs. 25000/- Per month
- Engineer Supervisor: Rs.15000/- Per Month
- Block Coordinator: Rs. 7000/- Per Month
- Cluster Coordinator: Rs. 5000/- Per Month
