Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: HNGU Recruitment 2025
- P.S. to V.C.: Master’s Degree (55%) + 2 years’ experience
- P.A. to Registrar: Bachelor’s Degree + 2 years’ experience
- Accountant: M.Com/B.Com (50%) + 5 years’ experience
- Technical Assistant (Library): B.Lib/M.Lib
- Technical Assistant (Computer): BCA / B.Sc (CS/IT) / BE (Comp/IT)
- Junior Stenographer: Graduate with Gujarati/English Steno Speed 60/90 wpm
- Additional Asst. Engineer: BE Civil + 3 years OR Diploma Civil + 5 years
- Typist: Bachelor’s Degree + typing speed (Eng 40 / Guj 25 wpm)
- Clerk-cum-Typist: Bachelor’s Degree + GCC typing certificate
- Driver: 12th Pass + 5 years experience + heavy vehicle license
Age Limit
- Maximum 40 Years: PS to VC, PA, Accountant, Technical Assistants, AAE, Typist, Clerk
- Maximum 35 Years: Junior Stenographer, Driver
- Age relaxation applicable as per Govt. regulations (up to 45 years)
