વારસાઇ ફેરફાર નોંધની ઓનલાઇન અરજી માટે અરજદારે કરવી આ કાર્યવાહી
- વારસાઇ નોંધ માટે iora.gujarat.gov.in વેબસાઇટ પર અરજીના પ્રકારમાં ઓનલાઇન વારસાઇ નોંધ માટેની અરજી એ વિકલ્પ પસંદ કરવાનો રહેશે.
- અરજીમાં જણાવેલી તમામ વિગતો શ્રુતિ ફોન્ટમાં ડેટા સ્વરૂપે દાખલ કરવાની રહેશે. iora સાઇટ પર શ્રુતિ ફોન્ટની વિગતો દર્શાવી છે.
- સહીવાળી અરજી સાથે મરણનું પ્રમાણપત્ર તથા મરણ પામનાર ખાતેદારનું તલાટી રૂબરૂનું પેઢીનામું સ્કેન કરીને અપલોડ કરવાના રહેશે તથા અરજી સબમીટ કર્યાની તારીખથી મહતમ 15 દિવસમાં અસલ દસ્તાવેજો જે તે તાલુકાના ઇ-ધરા કેન્દ્ર ખાતે રજૂ કરવાના રહેશે.
- અરજી સાથે 7-12, 8-અ જેવા અન્ય કોઇ જ દસ્તાવેજ અપલોડ કરવાના નથી.
- જો કોઇ ચોકકસ કિસ્સા માટે કોર્ટનો હુકમ હોય તો તેની વિગતો અપલોડ કરવાની રહેશે.
- જો કોઇ ચોકકસ કિસ્સા માટે કોર્ટનો હુકમ હોય તો તેની વિગતો અપલોડ કરવાની રહેશે.
- ઉપરોકત તમામ વિગતોની ડેટા એન્ટ્રી કરી તથા જરૂરી દસ્તાવેજો અપલોડ કર્યા બાદ સબમીટ કરવાથી અરજદારની અરજી કાચી નોંધ સ્વરૂપે લોક થશે.
- મરણ પામનાર તથા તેમના વારસદારોની વિગત સાથેની સ્ક્રિપ્ટ સાથે જે તે ગામના ઓનલાઇન હકકપત્ર કે કાચી નોંધનો નંબર જનરેટ થશે.
- અરજદાર તથા અરજી મુજબના હકક ધરાવનાર તમામના મોબાઇલ નંબરની વિગતો રજૂ કરી હશે તો તમામને વારસાઇની કાચી નોંધ બાબતે નિયત એસએમએસ જશે.
ઇ-ધરા કેન્દ્ર આ કાર્યવાહી કરશે
- ઓનલાઇન વારસાઈ નોંધ ઓટો મ્યુટેશન રજીસ્ટરમાં દેખાશે.
- ઇ-ધરા નાયબ મામલતદારે ઓટો મ્યુટેશન રજીસ્ટર પરથી મરણના પ્રમાણપત્ર તથા પેઢીનામાની નકલની તથા અરજીની પ્રિન્ટ મેળવવાની રહેશે.
- જે તે ખાતાની 8-અ તથા 7-12ની પ્રિન્ટ પોતાના લોગીનમાંથી મેળવવાની રહેશે.
- અરજદાર દ્વારા મરણનું પ્રમાણપત્ર તથા પેઢીનામું અને અસલ અરજી રજૂ થયેથી ઓનલાઇન રીસીવ કરવાના રહેશે.જેથી અરજદારને એસએમએસથી જાણ થઇ શકે.
- જો અરજી સબમીટ કર્યાની તારીખથી 10 દિવસ સુધી અરજદાર દ્વારા ઉપરોકત દસ્તાવેજો રજૂ કરવામાં ન આવે તો 11 માં દિવસે આ વિગત દર્શાવતો સિસ્ટમ * જનરેટેડ એસએમએસ જાય તે વ્યવસ્થા એનઆઇસી દ્વારા કરવાની રહેશે.
- મરણનું પ્રમાણપત્ર તથા પેઢીનામું રજૂ થયેથી નાયબ મામલતદાર ઇ-ધરાએ પોતાના લોગીનમાં ઓનલાઇન રીસીવ કરીને નોંધનો નિર્ણય કરનાર સક્ષમ અધિકારીને સોંપી તે આપ્યા બદલ સહી મેળવવાની રહેશે.
- વારસાઇ નોંધનો નિર્ણય નિયમ મુજબ તમામ જોગવાઇ તપાસીને કરવાનો રહેશે.
