PGCIL Recruitment 2025: Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Indian Citizens only
- Age Limit: Upper Age 29 years as on 17.09.2025
- OBC (NCL): +3 years, SC/ST: +5 years, PwBD: up to +15 years (as per Govt rules)
- Experience (All posts): Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience in relevant field (as per post)
- Domicile: All India (Region-specific posts not transferrable)
- Others: For Field Supervisor post, higher technical qualification (BE, BTech, ME, MTech) NOT allowed

Field Supervisor (Electrical):
- Full-time Diploma in Electrical/related fields with 55% marks (NO higher degrees allowed)
Field Supervisor (Civil):
- Full-time Diploma in Civil with 55% marks (NO higher degrees allowed)
Field Supervisor (Electronics & Communication):
- Full-time Diploma in Electronics & Communication/IT/Electronics/related fields with 55% marks (NO higher degrees allowed)

Selection Process
Common FTE Written Test (Pan-India)
- 1 hour, 75 MCQ (Technical: 50, Aptitude: 25)
- No negative marking
- 40% minimum for UR/EWS, 30% for reserved
- Test can be attempted in Hindi or English
Interview (Field Engineer only):
- Called as per regional merit rank (ratio 1:5)
- Qualifying: 40% UR/EWS, 30% reserved
- Final merit: Interview marks only

Exam Pattern
- Technical Test: BTech/Diploma level per discipline (Electrical, Civil, Electronics)
- Aptitude Test: English, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness
