Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have passed 12th standard (or equivalent) from a recognized board. Additionally, stenography skills are mandatory, as candidates will be tested through a skill test after clearing the written exam.

- Grade C: 18 to 30 years
- Grade D: 18 to 27 years

Selection Process
The selection process consists of the following stages:
Computer-Based Test (CBT)
- Total Marks: 200
- Sections:
- General Intelligence & Reasoning – 50 marks
- General Awareness – 50 marks
- English Language – 100 marks
Skill Test (Qualifying)
- Grade C: 100 words per minute (wpm)
- Grade D: 80 words per minute (wpm)
Candidates will be given a dictation test and must transcribe it within the prescribed time.
Document Verification
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification by the respective departments.

Stenographer Grade C
